Cogenics Consulting to Join Whitley Penn

Whitley Penn has announced that it has acquired Cogenics Consulting. Effective June 1, 2023, Congenics will join Whitley Penn’s Client Accounting & Advisory Services.

Cogenics Consulting is a provider of technology consulting around data analytics & transformation solutions. By implementing a unique mix of software solutions for the office of the CFO, Cogenics uncovers a new perspective on financial forecasting, analysis, and strategic planning. By implementing these dynamic technologies, Whitley Penn’s Client Accounting & Advisory Services team will be able to support its clients across the full financial and accounting continuum, while providing critical analytics to drive business growth.
